The application had gone through a first stage of failure launch and needed a business model transformation as well as an activation and profitability strategy.

DO started a strategy re-definition process and reconsider the business model modifying the app to make improvements on the user experience and re-launch the project into new strategies on and off and sales. Offer to the brands connection points between them and the fans and convert them into a brand awareness sand profitability conversion.
